What is your UK returns policy?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Under our additional returns offer, items must be unworn, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Eligible UK returns are free using the prepaid label we provide. Read our Returns & Exchanges information for the full conditions and instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Are there exclusions from the 30-day returns offer?
Earrings and personalised or engraved jewellery are excluded from our additional 30-day change-of-mind offer. Sale items are eligible for exchange only under this offer, subject to availability. These conditions do not limit any statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights that apply to your purchase. Please read our full returns policy before ordering.
When will my UK order arrive?
Standard UK delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Personalised name necklaces require approximately 10–12 business days for production before dispatch, with delivery time additional. We will email tracking information after dispatch. What materials are used in your jewellery?
Check the specifications on each product page for its metal, finish, stones and dimensions. Vintage Gold describes a gold-coloured finish over S925 sterling silver; it does not mean solid gold. Our materials guide explains the terminology. For a question about a particular design or its production, contact us before ordering.
How much is UK delivery?
