Shipping policy

UK standard delivery

Standard UK delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Standard delivery costs £5. Available delivery options, charges and any applicable promotional discounts are shown at checkout before you pay.

Personalised jewellery

Personalised name necklaces require approximately 10–12 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery time is additional to this production period.

International delivery

Available destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout. For USA and Canada orders, the current standard rate is £20, with free delivery available on orders of £200 or more. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order. Any destination-specific duties or tax information provided at checkout applies to your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking information. Delivery estimates may be affected by bank holidays, busy periods or courier delays.
